Tempe Micro Estates consist of thirteen small homes designed as a neighborhood that promotes unity and interactions with neighbors. The site features a 900-square foot Community Center near the front of the property providing a place to gather, share meals, relax, and interact with neighbors and friends.
Although each home is small and private, the sense of community around it is big. Each unit is more energy-efficient than 2018 energy codes, sustainably- built, and solar-ready.
