Dillon Lewis
FOUNDER, CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER

READ BIO
Dillon Lewis is a co-founder of: Watthub Renewables (located in Scottsdale and Lehi Utah); RE3 Capital, LLC (in Scottsdale, Arizona); and was an original partner in SunRenu Solar Contractors of Scottsdale, Arizona. Through these entities, a facilitation of commerce between 501(c)3 non-profit organizations and private accredited investors has accounted for over 40 million dollars of renewable energy project sales in less than a decade.
Dillon has successfully developed, underwritten, and structured various financial vehicles specifically designed for the small to large scale for-profit, public sector; various municipalities; and a number of well-known Tribal organizations. Fulfilling project needs to bridge the financial gap on close ratios for renewable energy projects and micro grids is where Mr. Lewis has excelled over the years. Sourcing debt, tax liability, construction financing, and other economically viable opportunities is part of the day-to-day scope of work carried out by Mr. Lewis.
Starting SAC from the 11-year experience as the VP of Business Development at SunRenu Solar LLC in Scottsdale, Arizona, Mr. Lewis has developed an extensive reach into the nationwide PV sector. In that space, he regularly interfaces with engineers, subcontractors, GC’s, clientele, and financial institutions to put together a blueprint for project development that starts with a vision and ends with operational completion.
Identifying correct partner collaboration per project by diagnosing each party’s strengths, weaknesses, prices, and capabilities has directly and indirectly saved SAC and its clients thousands of dollars on soft costs by utilizing the right counterpart the first time.
Energy savings and time management are a huge priority for Mr. Lewis because both variables affect the bottom line. Dillon has made a living at consulting with business professionals on the art of streamlining and making operational protocols and processes more efficient. Combining new business efficiencies with the correct financial underwriting practices, and building envelope assessments and renewable energy asset development are both trending sectors in a market that is still in its infancy.
At SAC we believe that the equation to quantifying “quality of life” is identified through the savings of time, energy, and money as a whole. The type of renewable energy is indifferent to these goals.

READ BIO
As a NAR GREEN®, EcoBroker, and REALTOR®, Jan’s specialty is helping buyers and sellers understand energy efficiency by component and whole home certifications. Helping homeowners with energy efficient recommendations and improvements or recognizing them in existing homes enables Jan to focus on another aspect of the home buying process that isn't always top priority. When assisting buyers in search of their next home, energy efficiency is always reviewed as to the age of systems in the home, past improvements, and suggestions for future improvements. Comparing one home to another with these thoughts in mind can help clients determine their best choice for their health and their pocketbook.
Working with home sellers, who have added energy efficient features gain the most value for their homes at the point of sale is a critical step by step process. The entire process includes coordination with the lender, appraiser, buyer’s agent and homeowner to ensure that proper value is given to these features. Communicating the need for a Green Qualified Appraiser for these homes and requesting utilization of the specific appraisal standard of care for these homes is unique to this type of home.
As a Director of the Scottsdale Area Association of REALTORS® (SAAR) (2017 to the present) duties include managing a 35,000 square foot building, tenants, budgets, and meeting spaces to benefit 9,000 members.
Founding the first Sustainability Committee as a Director at a realtor association in Maricopa County in 2018 provides awareness and education opportunities for members. As an instructor at SAAR and HomeSmart, raising awareness of energy efficient features, building certifications, and best practices is a priority to raise the bar for the housing industry. Creating the first continuing education course for agents in energy efficiency (2011) helps agents to understand the differences in construction. As a former Residential Committee Chair and current volunteer for US Green Building Council, Arizona Chapter, efforts have included adding 65 features to the Arizona Regional MLS, hosting public events, educating appraisers, and hosting booths at public events that have created awareness for homeowners since 2009.
